Which goods are subject to electronic sealing?

A: Electronic Sealing is applied to all goods in transit, whether containerised cargo, bulk cargo and fuel in road and/or rail transport.

However, Decree No. 18/2020 of 16 April 2020 approving the Electronic Sealing Fees also excludes in its Annex II the goods that are exempted from electronic sealing.
